Agneta Pleijel,

(26 Feb 1940 Stockholm - Swedish poet, n ovelist, playwright and translator. Who was born in the Swede and an Indonesian. She spent her childhood in the Swedish Lundzie an d the United States (New Jersey and California). She studied in S weden, philosophy, literature and science of anthropology. After graduation she worked as an editor and literary critic. Her husband is a Swedish journalist Maciej Zaremba, of Polish origin. Together they explained Zbigniew Herberts poetry. He was the 1988-1990 president of the Swedish PEN Club.
